It seems it is virtually impossible to protect your business ideas. One of the biggest concerns we have had from our entrepreneurs is how they can protect their business ideas from been stolen by competitors, big telecom giants and content aggregators. All these companies are in business to make profit. Sometimes, these companies cannot ignore a business opportunity that will fetch them fortunes. It is said that there is nothing new under the sea. May be an idea that our entrepreneurs have are not completely new ideas but they could be a new way of improving an existing business. When it comes to the mobile business, there hasn’t been much in terms of apps development in Ghana. So in effect some of these ideas could be completely new ideas that are being implemented by our entrepreneurs in Ghana. is it possible to protect your business ideas especially in Ghana and may be in Africa?
